Wonderful results yesterday. We looked at these results last night but today it’s been very hard to find them. The BBC obviously don’t like them but we do. Very simply this is what we prayed for hard on Saturday and Monday and yesterday all day.

The key thing is that Yvette Cooper and Dominic Grieve’s ammendments were defeated. If they had been passed there was a clear road to postponing the day we leave the European Union. Since they were both clearly defeated we are now on a clear path to leaving completely with no strings attached.

As we said before what we now need Government today is to prepare for what we need to do when we leave.
