I received a leaflet through my door and there is an error on it. It says Walthamstowe instead of Walthamstow.
A suggestion is that you post your leaflets to all Christian churches in Walthamstow?
I am not sure if I will vote for you, but you will get my daughter’s vote. It will be her first time voting.

We’re now planning for the London Assembly elections in May.
You can’t even spell the name of the area you say you want to represent. It’s Walthamstow, not “Walthamstowe” as it says on your propaganda.

Nasty, Albert? Because we dare to speak up for the unborn child when for too long in the debate over abortion the pro-choice movement has had too much influence and from whom we hardly ever hear about the effects, both psychological and physiological, on girls and women who have had abortions and regretted them?
I can’t see how seeking to protect pre borns & their mothers can be defined as a nasty agenda.

Contrast this with a comment I received from an individual yesterday who nastily suggested we were ‘abusing’ mothers (through the foetus / unborn baby images set up in Walthamstow?).
I found some of the people of Walthamstow really quite odd. I was leafleting for Deborah Longe when suddenly the door opened out of a house & out rushed a burly white man who I’ve never seen before bawling the cpa supporters should be lynched. He then pushed me in the hedge. I am 74 & disabled.
The aggression is not something the just the CPA Candidates and supporters have faced, there has been so much political anger and hate broadcast the last years, this is the result. A new debate on trade is beginning next month, people may be more welcoming when the conversation changes.
